Inglewood. The Los Angeles Chargers and Los Angeles Rams will share SoFi Stadium on Sunday for Week 8 of the NFL season. The matchup places the 0-6 Chargers against the 3-4 Rams in the late afternoon window.
The schedule for this week includes 14 total games. Thirteen of these contests are intra-conference matchups, while seven are divisional battles. The only exception to the conference pattern is a game between two teams that share a stadium, though the league treats the local rivalry as a standard conference contest.
Sunday's slate begins with eight games in the early window. At 1 p.m. ET, the Baltimore Ravens (4-3) visit the Buffalo Bills (5-1). The Minnesota Vikings (6-0) play at the Detroit Lions (4-2), and the Cleveland Browns (5-2) travel to the Pittsburgh Steelers (5-2). The Los Angeles teams play later in the day, as do the Denver Broncos (5-2), who host the Kansas City Chiefs (5-1) at Mile High.
Week 8 starts on Thursday Night Football with the Green Bay Packers (4-3) hosting the Carolina Panthers (3-3) at Lambeau Field. Both teams enter the game after tough losses in Week 7. The week concludes on Monday Night Football with the Seattle Seahawks (4-3) hosting the Chicago Bears (5-2) in an NFC showdown.
Philadelphia Eagles (2-5) will visit the Washington Commanders (1-4-1) on Sunday Night Football. The Eagles have lost five straight games, while the Commanders were winless in October with two losses and a tie. Four teams sit out this week: the San Francisco 49ers (6-1), New York Giants (4-2-1), Houston Texans (2-5), and New Orleans Saints (2-5).
